Introduction

In this activity, you should devise your own classification system for some objects you see in your classroom. Follow the directions on this sheet to do the activity. Then answer the questions.


Directions

  1. Carefully observe the objects your teacher has provided.
  2. Note the color, shape, size, etc. of these objects.
  3. Classify each of the items into six groups, giving each group a heading based upon its contents.
